Launch is a one-time plan (see current pricing on the plans page) that includes your website designed, built, and hosted, plus your brand, profiles, and paperwork. There's no monthly hosting fee. Your domain is separate, about $15 to $25 a year, paid to the company you buy it from. Grow is optional, for weekly posts and bigger website changes after your first 2 months.
Yes. You own your content, and you can download your website files and move them anytime, or take the site down anytime.
For 2 months after it goes live, change anything as often as you like. After that, your practice details (phone, fees, insurance, hours, booking link, headshot) are always free to update, and bigger changes come with Grow.
Well Launched drafts every page from your answers, in your clients' words and your voice, with your board's advertising rules built in. You review and approve every page before anything is published.
Your website shouldn't hold client records. We keep the contact form simple, ask people not to include health details, and can link to your EHR's secure request form instead.
If your practice is already open, Refresh is made for you: it reviews what you have and rebuilds it, forwarding your old page addresses. If you're just starting and only have a placeholder site, Launch replaces it with a new one.
